A psychological treatment that focuses on the relationships between our thoughts, feelings, and actions. By challenging our unhelpful thoughts we can change how we perceive things, thus changing our emotional and behavioral responses.
Motivational Interviewing
Helps find your inner motivation and works towards understanding your readiness for change and motivators when feeling torn between different choices.
Person Centered Therapy
You are the expert on you. You are a key factor in your growth and therapy meets you at whatever stage you are in without judgement. You take the lead in your therapy.
Solution Focused Therapy
Utilize a goal oriented approach to identify desired changes and steps to work towards those changes.
Mindfulness
Pay attention to the connection between our minds and body. These strategies can be informative while also helping us cope effectively.
