These fees reflect self-pay rates for sessions as outlined below. Using insurance may reduce your out-of-pocket expense. Please contact your insurance company to confirm your mental health benefits and your financial responsibility. A superbill may be provided as requested for use of out-of-network benefits.

Insurance Plans
Hands Counseling is not considered an In-Network provider with any insurance plans at this time but we are working with insurances to change that. A superbill may be provided as requested to support use of Out-of-Network plans.
