Addiction Treatment
Substances can often be used as an immediately effective way of coping but might not have the desired long term results. The prevalence of alcohol and some substances in our day to day life can make it more difficult to notice when there is a problem. It may be worth seeking help if you find your substance use has increased over time, become difficult to manage, or if it is negatively impacting your relationships and life. Substance use does not have to be daily for it to be a concern.
